The conversation is typically 45 minutes. We review your submitted information in advance so the session is focused on diagnosis — not gathering basic facts.
You receive a written summary of findings, the gaps we identified, and a recommended direction. If there is a clear fit for an engagement, we will outline what that looks like. There is no pressure to move forward.
