We never recommend a channel, a campaign, or a tactic until we understand where the system is actually breaking. Most firms come to us having run the same tactics multiple times without understanding why results were inconsistent. Diagnosis is the answer.

Case acquisition over vanity metrics.

Rankings, clicks, impressions, and lead volume only matter when they contribute to signed cases. A report that does not connect activity to retained clients is a report that is hiding something. We build accountability into the system from day one.
